Description :-

Under minimal supervision, develop:
Map of current business processes to provide a foundation for defining business activities
Proposed new business process maps.
Accurate project content deliverables, such as, activity diagrams, use cases, data dictionary, requirements documents within strict timelines.
Assist business consultants and contractors with system reviews and documentation.
Perform analysis concerning complex business system issues and their impact in an effort to provide the best solution.
Display strong communication skills (written and oral).
Drive your project deliverables and collaborating team members throughout the software development life cycle.
Drive meetings to ensure that project scope and requirements are communicated clearly to all relevant parties, document results, and pursue follow-on action items.
Be liaison between Call Center's Business Analyst and development leadership to ensure that enhancements and new developments meet the business requirements
Document all changes to assigned documents and ensure adherence to Aflac's Change Control Process.


Required Skills:

Visio
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Primavera (for Time Tracking) - they can learn this tool if they don't already have it
Sharepoint (used as a project repository)
