Required Skills
Lead and facilitate sessions with business experts that are geographically dispersed to define IT requirements.
8-10 years as a Business Analyst in Information Technology working on full, complex SDLC projects.
Develop business requirements and translate them into system requirements using analysis and modeling tools, such as requirements documentation, use-case analysis, workflow
analysis and functional decomposition.
Excellent facilitation skills, and senior-level experience conducting stakeholder sessions.
Ability to deliver comprehensive requirements analysis and documentation including supporting testing/quality assurance documentation.
Ability to communicate with clients in business terms.
Experience managing all aspects of requirements delivery during the SDLC cycle.
Support the design or enhancement of IT-based requirements.
Experience with RUP methodology and toolset.
Other Requirements

Desired Requirements
Experience working in TIBCO environment
Good understanding of middleware concepts
Experience working in Telcom and/or Wireless Industry.
