Recruiting for a growing company that has a distributed network covering 12 facilities. A MPLS network implementation was completed in July. The company has upgraded from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. Neither project has gone as expected. The Network Engineer is expected to audit, administer and recommend a path to maintain a stable network infrastructure. This is required to meet the needs of a new web based enterprise application.
Location- Northwest Arkansas
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert understanding of the technical aspects of Network equipment and protocols
Education/ Experience
Bachelor's Degree strongly desired
3- 5 years of related experience
• Expert Knowledge of MPLS Networks
• 3+ years experience working with Network Design and deployment
• 5+ years configuring and installing servers, domain controllers, applications and equipment
• Experience migrating from in-house to managed environments
• Demonstrated experience in managing Exchange 2007 Server
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and e-mail archive
• Desired Accreditations/Skills: CCNA, CCDA, CCDP, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, MCSE
