The People Source has an immediate opening for several C#/ASP.Net Technical Lead Developer's in the DTC area. Our Client is working with the latest and greatest in Microsoft Development technologies; including .Net Framework 3.5, 3.0, AJAX, WCF, and Linq.
This position will guide technological and business solutions for architecture, development and maintenance of our client's internet sites. Candidate will play a key role in supporting a fast paced development and mission critical production environment. Candidate will participate in technical development, site design, administration, structure, functionality, security and performance of our client's web sites and programs. Candidate will also interface with multiple internal resources, including the Business Analyst and the Project Managers, ensuring web development proceeds in an effective and consistent manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years Web Development experience
3+ years C#, ASP.Net - .NET Framework 2.0+ development experience
2+ years -- minimum -- team lead experience
Strong OOA/OOD experience
Strong SQL Server 2000/2005 experience
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Highly motivated, passionate, team-player
BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience - desired
