Heritage Web Solutions, an Inc 500 Company, is currently hiring technical support reps to work in our Utah County office. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to answer inbound calls and to pitch additional products to our existing clients. Do you want to double or triple your current income? We provide training for energetic and enthusiastic tech support agents. It is more important to have the right personality and motivation to excel then the technical training or prior experience.
Skills Required:
* Excellent Customer Service and Telephone Skills
* Previous Customer Service or Call Center Experience preferred.
* Basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software.
* Familiar with Basic Internet Concepts (html, uploading)
* Previous Sales Experience a plus but not required.
