This position requires a College education in Business with 5-10 years of experience.
The primary focus of this position is financial and operational analysis responsibility for the business unit.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, accounting policies & procedures, computer applications are required. Well-developed human relations, analytical and communication skills are also essential.
The qualified candidate requires extensive in-depth business analysis skills as well as strong knowledge of manufacturing management, products and other characteristics of the forging and casting business.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide analysis that supports the strategic/tactic decisions with Products and improves profit potential through reduction in overall costs.
• Provide lead support to activities in the effort to link decision support tools
• Providing planning and analytical support to the management and to lead key project teams.
• Work with technology, legal and tax representatives and integrate their inputs into the business analysis.
• Provides support to annual budget process.
Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis.
• Forecasting and analysis
• Financial System Reconciliations
• Group Reporting
• Bridge Analysis
• Provide support for Auto Reviews
