Identifies and translates high level, conceptual user requirements into specifications of business
Requirements to guide recommendation of solution.
Qualifications
5-9 years experience in business analysis
Understanding of business modeling techniques/tools
Experience in structured methodologies for the identification of user requirements
Experience in business process re-engineering
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to think creatively with a focus on results and outcomes
Proven ability to develop technical documentation and development of test procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse design
Experience in a health care setting/organization an asset
