Job Description:
Builds reports based on pre-defined business requirements and provide estimates for new projects and maintenance efforts, including impacts and risks as well as interdependencies among applications.
Make recommendations and strategies for BI application development based on strategic and logical thinking and will design, develop and implement BI solutions using the EDW standard technologies, i.e. MicroStrategy product sets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
An undergraduate Degree in Information Management, Information Technology, Business
Administration, Health Sciences, Health Administration or Health Informatics or related field or recognized equivalent, is required;
Certifications in relevant technologies and/or business / health administration, are preferable;
At least five (5) years experience translating business requirements into software specifications;
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
A focus on detail when developing report documentation and following BRD specifications
Strong technical expertise in MicroStrategy and MapInfo is needed,
Proficiency with Data Warehouse environments and Oracle applications;
Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and conduct stakeholder/client interviews;
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Strong knowledge of Healthcare standards is desirable
