Manage the day-to-day operations for the PMO team in the following focus areas: consulting services, IT proposal process, budget management, standards development/adherence, performance monitoring/reporting, Lawson administration/reporting and quality reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
Minimum 5 yrs exp in leading application development and deployment for complex, cross functional custom development or packaged systems.
Minimum 5 yrs exp successfully managing large, complex projects utilizing all facets of the PMI standards, preferably in a healthcare network or facility.
Experiended in the development of PMO methods and tools, performance reporting mechanism and execution of quality reviews in a large scale environment.
Experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a healthcare network or facility (provider side, not insurance) required.
PMI trained, PMP certification required.

**They have no methodologies in place; no deliverables, standard detail plans or templates. The PMO Program Mgr. needs to have experience formulating a team of PM's on doing that.
Must have application development experience in their background; not an architect, but understand lifecycle, testing, deployment. There is a weakness in the dept. in this area, especially lifecycle plans / functions.
Must understand methodologies on application development and project management side.
The PMO team consists of 4 PMP certified Project Managers, 4 Analysts and 4-6 contractors / acting PM's.**
