Required Skills:
Good Understanding of BPM Processes
Defining Artifacts for Middleware Architecture
Strong knowledge of XML Schemas and has developed schemas as part of the projects
Middleware architecture implementation and administration support
Architected solutions withTibco BusinessWorks and ALBPM.
Should be able to Lead and facilitate sessions with business experts to define processes
Support the design or enhancement of IT-based processes
Good understanding of messaging platforms, queues and topics
Experience working with a SOA using component, process engine and rules engine
Other Requirements
Strong client-facing skills - assertiveness, strong communications skills, leadership, self-starter, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work in a matrix organization and team environments.
Excellent Problem Solving Skills
Strong Analytical skills
Experience working in TIBCO environment
Experience with ALBPM toolset.
