Qualifications:
3+ years in IT with reporting and data analysis experience.
Some Project coordination skills are also desired On a Scale of 1 (novice) to 5 (Expert):
Excel = 4 (must understand large data set analysis, formulas, pivots, etc.)
MS Access = 2 (able to run build and run basic queries)
Power Point = 2 (able to translate data from Excel and Access into meaningful slides)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for tracking data related to multiple IT Compliance areas including:
-Java Security Threat remediation
-Oracle and Solaris upgrades
-PCI standards and Audits
-Consolidation of SOX audit responses Consolidation of Program Level Status reports Follow up with owners on Program and Project deliverable and action items Ad hoc research of issues related to compliance areas Data entry related to the IT Application Portfolio and reconciles of Disaster Recovery interface data between PRISM and MOTS.
