Implementation/Architecture/Design/Remote Management -- Act as storage consultant for international clients.
Develop best practices around storage infrastructure.
Working closely with defined clients on Architecture/Implementation/Remote monitoring of storage solutions
Responsible for client relationship & responsible for running the entire storage set up
Interact with Global Clients often
Adhering to the SLA signed off on storage with the client
Key Expected Skills Set:
NetApp storage knowledge a must
Knowledge of Veritas & Legato or any other backup software Soft ware is a plus.
SAN Fabric-Brocade/McData/Cisco
Host Clustering software ( Veritas/Microsoft etc)
Disaster Recovery (Replication softwares/point in time copies/application integration)
Storage sizing/performance concepts
Netapp certifications a plus.
