Description & Skills :-
Candidate will possess more than 15 years of technical IT experience across multiple disciplines including RDBMS tuning, multiple coding language (Java/C/C++ preferred), multiple operating systems (Unix flavors as well as Microsoft environments), and familiarity with TCP/IP at the network protocol level. Candidates must possess superior written and verbal communications skills, be self-starters, and able to act as mentors to test analysts when diagnosing issues.
Position will act as a member of the Performance Incident Response Team.
Responsibilities include review of test plans, review of test results, triage and documentation of defects, and communication of defects with technical development organizations.
Oversight of multiple, concurrent efforts is required as well as acting as a member of the technical diagnostic team for production issues.
