Provides support of Maximo 4.1.1 within Fossil/Hydro Generation. Provides the business process knowledge to support users, conducts user training and administers the system to ensure it meets business needs. Serves as the interface between the business users and IT. Provides root cause analysis on problems within the system and advises both IT and the business on potential (process or system) solutions. Investigates, tests and researches reported user problems to validate that reported problems are valid. Consults with end users to prioritize changes/enhancements to support the business process. Provides reporting support with Crystal Enterprise and Microsoft Reporting Services
