Mission/Responsibilities:
- SAP application support maintaining material and other master data. Analyzing role conflicts. Supporting user in regards to process related issues. Solve data issue between different department.
- Support of ongoing Information Security, Business
Continuity Planning and other Siemens initiatives
-Support structuring IT requirements for our new plants
-Hardware support for PC's , Server, printer and network
-Microsoft Office Application Support
Requirements:
-BS/BA degree in required in related area of study
-2-5 years of experience in application and system support (Network, Hardware, Software) Previous experience supporting other ERP systems
-SAP working knowledge is a plus
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
