We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual with excellent IT business analysis and communications skills to join our team and fulfill a significant project role on an engagement working with one of our key clients. The successful applicant will have excellent facilitation skills, and senior-level experience conducting stakeholder sessions. Ability to communicate with clients in business terms is key to success in this role. The individual placed in this position must be a motivated self-starter that is able to manage successfully through uncertainty and change, with the ability to derive the needs of the client user stakeholders, and ensure that the delivered solution meets those needs and adds value to the client organization, working closely with other members of the team.
This position may require up to 25% travel.
Core responsibilities include eliciting business requirements and translating them into system requirements using analysis and modeling tools, such as requirements documents, use-case analysis, workflow analysis, functional decomposition, delivering comprehensive requirements analysis and documentation, and developing test scripts and managing them through the testing process. The role requires performing ongoing reviews throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that business requirements are met, and remain in scope.
The position will play a key leadership role on the project team, and requires significant interaction with other technical team leaders including architects, project managers, development leads, testing leads, and release managers. As a senior member of the project team, the individual in this position will be instrumental in accomplishing the business goals of the project, and may perform and support additional roles to ensure success.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively express technical concepts to business clients, as well as the ability to facilitate client sign-off of requirements and successfully translate requirements to the development team.
