We are looking for a Manager Compensation, Benefits and HRIS to provide management in the development, coordination and administration of Human Resources programs including Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Fitness for Duty and Health Services.

REQUIREMENTS
Candate must have a Bachelors' degree, preferably in business administration or human resources management.
Candidate must have 10+ years experience in a professional level human resources position.
Candidate must have 3-5+ years experience with benefits administration and compensation administration.
Candidate must have 3+ years supervisory or management experience required.
Candidate must have PHR, SPHR, CCP or CBP certification
Candidate must have deep knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, retirement plans and applicable state and federal regulations
Candidate must have 3+ years experience with PeopleSoft
Candidate must have 3+ years Compensation & Benefits experience
Candidate must have 3+ years Utility industry experience
