Position Summary:
The Web UI Designer / Developer will work with various product teams to define and build the user interface aspects of TTC' product offerings.
Job Description:
•Work closely with other team members and product managers to build storyboards, proof of concept and prototypes of planned TTC applications.
•Work with developers to move ideas from prototype stage to production.
•Participate in defining use cases.
•Work closely with Product Management to validate UI designs with TTC customers.
•Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of the HireDesk and Resume Mirror products and how we can best leverage new UI technologies.
•Work with developers to finalize UI aspects of all TTC products.
•Conducts ongoing usability testing and assessment
Skills
•Experience in human factors, HCI, information design, industrial design, or related area
•Strong knowledge of site design and usability principles, issues, and techniques
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
•Excellent problem solving skills, highly motivated and adaptable.
•Solid understanding of Web-based applications from a UI perspective with experience in C#, CSS, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript and AJAX.
•A solid understanding of security concepts and strategies and how they relate to Web UI's.
•Experience working in environments using iterative/agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
•Strong understanding of the differences between current web browser alternatives.
Qualifications
•BS in Computer Science or related field.
•Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a directly related position providing the function as outlined in the job description.
