We are looking a Actively Cleared Networking Professional with the following skills:
Hardware and Software support (Break/fix) for designated customer business systems (Servers, Firewalls, IDS, Routers, Switches, Desktops, Laptops and Peripherals)
Manage and Maintain platforms running Windows Server, XP, Vista and Linux Operating Systems (Including installing and logging of O/S patches, IA updates, Security updates, Virus updates)
Provide advanced troubleshooting (Tier 2) for designated customer business systems
Manage and Maintain Application level software support customer products
Process procurement requests by obtaining quotes and/or ordering upgrades, new equipment or replacement parts for customer business systems
Follow Update and Maintain Server Back-Up \ Restoration Procedures (Back-up key data information and restore as necessary)
Document Change Management (CM) modifications for all Customer Business Systems
Produce detailed documentation of the Network and Business Systems supported by this position (Visio diagrams, Inventory Spreadsheets)
Integration of new Information Technology resources (New Servers or Business Applications)
Any other tasks/projects assigned by supervisor
US Citizenship is REQUIRED as well as a Active Secret Clearance
