DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Designing, developing, and communicating recruitment policies, processes, recruitment tools, and appropriate recruitment resources for the corporate headquarters of this global organization, focused on the domestic U.S. marketplace; (2) Developing a talent acquisition strategy and executing departmental objectives for attracting, developing, and retaining talent; (3) Managing recruitment initiatives for the entire recruitment lifecycle while providing recruitment services including diversity planning, succession planning, work force planning, and company branding strategies; (4) Consulting with management with regard to market conditions, hiring trends, and innovation in attracting top talent; (5) Recruiting for all levels of salaried positions, with a specific personal focus on hands on recruitment for senior level organizational and management positions; (6) Managing, creating, and developing recruitment resources, programs, initiatives, strategies, campaigns, and recruitment tools to attract top talent; (7) Assuming the leadership capacity for reporting employment metrics, affirmative action reporting, recruitment forecasts, and recruitment strategies; (8) Managing and maintaining the organizational applicant tracking system; (9) Managing the design, development, evaluation, selection, and implementation of recruitment practices and procedures, and supervising and coordinating recruitment and staffing activities; (10) Coaching, mentoring, grooming, and leading organizational recruiters and recruiting assistants, and managing the departmental budget; (11) Managing the organization's new employee orientation and on-boarding process while continuously identifying and improving process, policy, and performance; (12) Managing and developing vendor relationships and acting as a primary point of contact for HR regarding vendor issues, contract negotiation, and maintenance.
REQUIRED:
***THIS IS NOT AN HR GENERALIST ROLE. IT IS FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS GROWN SPECIFICALLY UP THE RECRUITMENT LADDER WITH A CORE FOCUS ON FORWARD THINKING, NEXT GENERATION RECRUITMENT.
MUST have a verifiable undergraduate degree in HR or a directly related discipline.
MUST have 5 years of strong/current full lifecycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment as a direct employee, where core focus is recruitment, acting as the manager of recruitment.
MUST have hire/fire, staff development, and budget experience of a small staff of recruiters and/or recruiting assistants.
STRONG/CURRENT experience managing and developing recruitment team in a corporate HR environment with a focus on US domestic recruitment for multiple locations across the United States.
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT experience designing, developing, and implementing a recruitment strategy for an organization which includes: building and managing a recruiting infrastructure, proactive recruiting strategy, recruiting avenues and tools, ATS, college recruitment program and campus recruitment position, etc.
MUST have exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels in the organization, including delivering impressive presentations to executive management.
Ideal candidates will have prior agency side full life cycle recruitment success.
MUST be flexible, collaborative, excellent at partnering, and working with a diverse group of department and groups with a particular strength in relationship building. Need to be high energy, optimistic, and positive focused---someone who sees the glass as half full, not half empty.
