We are looking for a Project Manager 1(0902) - for State of Texas -- Austin.
Candidates should posses the following minimum knowledge and skills:
Minimum Requirements
5 Years -Experience managing a functional team
2 Years -Previous experience developing solicitations, managing major acquisition processes, evaluating vendor responses, and/or participating in contract negotiations.
2 Years -Knowledge of State of Texas procurement statutes, rules, and regulations
2 Years -Recent experience with State of Texas procurement and contracting processes
2 Years -Experience in Texas state agency operations
Required-Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in a related field, such as public administration, computer science, information systems, human services or equivalent experience.
Preferences:
2 Years -Prior experience performing cost benefit analysis for contract evaluations or project-based services
-PMP certification
