We are looking for a Developer Analyst 2 (3843) for State of Texas -- Austin.
Candidates should posses the following minimum knowledge and skills:
Minimum Requirements:
5+ Years -General IT experience
3+ Years -Oracle 9i or later
3 + Years -Oracle 9i PL-SQL or later
2 Years -Experience with ASP, VB, XML, XSD, XSLT and HTML
2 + Years -Knowledge of IIS Web Services
Strong-Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiating ability.
Strong-Technical documentation skills in IT application development.
Strong-Experience analyzing problems and developing solutions.
Strong-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users, technical staff and management;
Strong-Ability to manage work time efficiently to complete multiple assignments within designated time periods
