BCS is seeking a Document Control Specialist that is looking to advance their career.
Scope of work:
Accountable for managing, engineering, constructing the project documentation.
Responsible for ensuring all documents meet quality standards for processing.
Coordinate with others to obtain missing or incomplete information.
Coordinate shipments of documentation to and from inside/outside reproduction facilities and sites.
Candidate MUST be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office products (especially Windows Explorer, Excel and Outlook.)
Experience in eRoom, Citadon and/or ftp is a plus.
Candidate should be knowledgeable with various file types, especially .tif, .pdf, .den, .dwg.
Position requires the ability to communicate with various levels of staff and management
