We need someone with strong design skills that has hand on experience in the J2EE/JSF/Hibernate environments. Also, experience using design patterns and UML is required.
Scope of work:
Responsible for requirements analysis, technical design, and coding
May participate in the planning, evaluation, and installation
Responsible for the understanding and application of the organization's processes
Looking for well rounded individuals with web development experience in a J2EE environment as well as framework experience with *Hibernate/Struts/Springs*
MUST have excellent communication skills
