LKW 2072 Corporate Recruitment Manager

DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Designing, developing, and communicating recruitment policies, processes, recruitment tools, and appropriate recruitment resources for the corporate headquarters of this global organization, focused on the domestic U.S. marketplace; (2) Developing a talent acquisition strategy and executing departmental objectives for attracting, developing, and retaining talent; (3) Managing recruitment initiatives for the entire recruitment lifecycle while providing recruitment services including diversity planning, succession planning, work force planning, and company branding strategies; (4) Consulting with management with regard to market conditions, hiring trends, and innovation in attracting top talent; (5) Recruiting for all levels of salaried positions, with a specific personal focus on hands on recruitment for senior level organizational and management positions; (6) Managing, creating, and developing recruitment resources, programs, initiatives, strategies, campaigns, and recruitment tools to attract top talent; (7) Assuming the leadership capacity for reporting employment metrics, affirmative action reporting, recruitment forecasts, and recruitment strategies; (8) Managing and maintaining the organizational applicant tracking system; (9) Managing the design, development, evaluation, selection, and implementation of recruitment practices and procedures, and supervising and coordinating recruitment and staffing activities; (10) Coaching, mentoring, grooming, and leading organizational recruiters and recruiting assistants, and managing the departmental budget; (11) Managing the organization's new employee orientation and on-boarding process while continuously identifying and improving process, policy, and performance; (12) Managing and developing vendor relationships and acting as a primary point of contact for HR regarding vendor issues, contract negotiation, and maintenance.

REQUIRED:

MUST have a verifiable undergraduate degree in HR or a directly related discipline.

MUST have 5 years of strong/current full lifecycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment as a direct employee, where core focus is recruitment, acting as the manager of recruitment.

MUST have hire/fire, staff development, and budget experience of a small staff of recruiters and/or recruiting assistants.

STRONG/CURRENT experience managing and developing recruitment team in a corporate HR environment with a focus on US domestic recruitment for multiple locations across the United States.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT experience designing, developing, and implementing a recruitment strategy for an organization which includes: building and managing a recruiting infrastructure, proactive recruiting strategy, recruiting avenues and tools, ATS, college recruitment program and campus recruitment position, etc.

MUST have exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels in the organization, including delivering impressive presentations to executive management.

Ideal candidates will have prior agency side full life cycle recruitment success.

LKW 2071 Senior Software Engineer

DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Defining, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and maintaining .Net Winforms applications; (2) Working closely with product management to derive requirements from customer use scenarios, determining the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, and consulting engineering staff to evaluate the interface between hardware and software; (3) Providing team leadership for various pieces of the product development lifecycle including planning, task assignment, determining design, collecting metrics on all associated development activities (coding, documentation, unit tests, builds) to ensure that deadlines are met; (4) Producing and implementing design specifications, and documenting design modifications and unit testing; (5) Identifying and working with strategic technology partnerships to discover new product solutions and offerings; (6) Facilitating meetings to determine validity and priority of issues found within products both internally as well as reproduction of issues logged through technical support; (7) Investigating, identifying, and resolving code issues logged internally by QA teams and externally by clients through technical support; (8) Providing regular status reports on coding progress, troubleshooting analysis, documentation and testing of products to team lead as necessary; (9) Implementing design specifications,documenting design modifications, and unit testing; (10) Mentoring, grooming, and coaching less experienced staff.

REQUIRED:

A VERIFIABLE undergraduate degree is a MUST. A Masters degree is highly preferred.

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS--written and verbal---and solid ability to have in depth conversations with all types of customers.

MUST have at least 8 years of STRONG and CURRENT programming and design experience with significant technical depth with Object Oriented Programming, C#, ASP.NET, Winforms, Linux, GUI design, MS SQL Server. You must be very experienced with these technical items, and be capable of performing as a senior software engineer environment with these skills.

MUST have excellent hands on experience and foundational knowledge of the full software development lifecycle process.

MUST be able to clearly demonstrate knowledge of the software development lifecycle, various methodologies (waterfall, SCRUM, Agile, RUP) with good knowledge of associated tools and techniques used to manage development branches.

MUST have proven ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve quickly.

MUST have strong problem solving, data analysis, design, and testing skills.

MUST have ability to lead smaller development units and plan, implement, and execute on software designs. MUST have proven experience estimating project completions while meeting deadlines.

MUST have detailed knowledge of various browser capabilities.

MUST have good understanding of databases, tools, and techniques used for object to relational mapping, and experience in performance tuning.

MUST have good experience writing technical specifications and system design documents.
