As a Process Analyst you will:
- Analyze process costs and flows to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflows.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities, particularly in the areas of operations, increasing capacity utilization, capacity/demand analyses for new projects, and productivity/process.
- Recommend improvement strategies based on your findings.
- Ensure that the appropriate methodologies, measurements, tools, and quantitative techniques (e.g. computer simulation, statistics, process flow analysis) are applied to projects.
- Derive and/or apply new or unique analytical approaches.
- Assume project-management responsibilities as necessary.
- Support internal business process management and awareness programs.
- Serve as a resource and facilitates communication for the internal team.
Position Qualifications:
- Master's degree required; Master's degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of three years of applied experience.
- Solid understanding of Six Sigma, Lean and Simulation concepts. (Certification is a plus)
- Highly proficient with Excel spreadsheet and data analysis functions; proficiency with Access and Minitab, and Microsoft Project experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle competing priorities, manage workload and meet required deadlines.
