Ascendo is looking for a partner to help grow our Wallet line of applications including Ascendo Money, Ascendo DataVault, Ascendo Photos and Ascendo iJuggle.

Initially, we are looking for a partner to work on a part-time basis in order to gage their motivation and abilities. The partner will work from home and hours are entirely flexible. If collaboration is successful, the position could grow into a full-time position with extensive product management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Support
- Answering non-technical emails
- Updating Frequently Asked Questions web pages
- Fulfilling registration keys
Marketing
- Surveying users
- Updating product reviews web pages
- Reviewing user forums for posts about Ascendo products and writing to members
Product Development
- Tracking feature requests from users
Other
- Tracking statistics that help grow sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements for this Position
- Good written English. English does not have to be your native language but you should be able to exchange emails with users in an effective manner and update our product FAQ pages.
- Ability to make simple updates to html pages using tables and text formatting tags.
- Candidate must have their own computer, broadband internet connection, email and html editor.
- Technical background is a plus.
- Knowledge of handheld communications devices (BlackBerry, iPhone, Windows Mobile) is a plus.
Time Commitment and Remuneration
Remuneration for this position will include base pay and variable pay based on performance and revenues. Initial pay will be approximately $500 per month. Candidates should respond with mention of how many hours per month they propose to dedicate at this remuneration level.
We are looking for a partner with an exceptionally high motivation level and has the ability to learn quickly. Responsibility and remuneration can grow substantially for the right person but will require a strong commitment.
