Manage the implementation and support of implementation projects on client sights.
If you have at least 4 years as a software implementation manager, and I emphasize manager, because we need a strong manager to lead and direct staff, internal peers and customers, as all play a part in a successful implementation.
Traits/skill set needed:
Strong leader that can drive change
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal IT/development staff, senior management, sales
Manager that coaches staff and support client sight implementations, also provides clear direction and holds team and support staff in other areas accountable
Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven
Smart, fast learner that can grasp complex ideas and is creative in coming up with solutions
