DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Performing as a Business Analyst focused on business process and reporting; (2) Developing and documenting improved business processes; (3) Working closely with HR business teams, payroll teams, and BW/BI teams to redesign HR processes and system design; (4) Gathering and developing requirements; (5) Designing, building and testing effective SAP R/3 and BW/BI reporting; (6) Working with the BW/BI team to design/build BW/BI queries and reports; (7) Managing HR and reporting improvement projects; (8) Supporting development and delivery of training with special focus on HR/Payroll BW/BI reporting.

REQUIRED:

3 years of CURRENT/SOLID SAP HR and Payroll functioning as a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST with a CURRENT/STRONG HR and Payroll business process knowledge base.

MUST HAVE good SAP BW/BI experience that is current and solid.

Must have SAP configuration experience with HR.

Very strong preference for candidates with a manufacturing background that is current and deep.

Must have SAP R/3 experience.

Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

Pluses: Six Sigma.
