Technical Services Manager
Summary:
Looking for a technical leader to manage current and new support hires, as well as assist clients with support issues.
Responsibilities:
• Problem solving
• Coaching and development of staff
• Working with clients to resolve technical support issues
• Streamlining and creating better efficiencies within the service organization
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or better.
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Technology
• Experience with Internet/Web Browsing
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Microsoft SQL 2005, Salesforce.com and XML Scripting.
