Manager - Software Engineer/Production, Java Developer needed for a large and profitable center in Buffalo, NY!
The Manager will be responsible for maintaining codebase for several on-going development projects as either a team member or lead developer. The manager will also play a key role in the design and implementation new projects, new features, components, refactoring, enhancements, updates, fixes, testing and deployment.
This role will report directly to a remote manager, will have direct staff at two locations.
Requirements:
5-7 years experience with technology
Computer Science background or equivalent knowledge
Familiarity and experience with Core Java, Core Java Web, Modern Web MVC
Familiarity and experience with Design Patterns, Unit testing, Documentation
Familiarity and experience with Databases
Javascript/AJAX, Standards-oriented XHTML/CSS
Proficiency with Windows and UNIX
Supervisory skills/experience
