Job Description:
Should have 5-6 Years of IT Experience.
Should have strong experience in Interacting with end users to resolve issues with Informatica Power Center .
Strong exp in Installation / Up gradation / Configuration /Maintaining of Power Center 6.x/7.x/8.x instances on UNIX and Linux servers.
Interact with UNIX and Database Administrators to create and maintain each Power Center instance . Configure Database and ODBC connectivity to various source/target databases.
Coordinate with Informatica 2nd and 3rd line support for patches and bug fixes.
Coordinate internal Informatica support operations to distribute and assign internal support calls
Can execute change management tickets on-time and correctly o follow-up on escalated issues o support the internal 24x7 desk o improve support efficiency.
