We are looking for a senior PHP developer with a affinity to front-end user experience. You should have at least 8 years of experience in creating web applications.

Our vision is to offer our clients the broadest and best set of tools to enable user generated content, social networking and broadband video.
Duties will mainly on Web Application Development. This includes building and maintaining Ajax-enabled applications, working with video and social networking features. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive release schedules.
Requirements
• Degree in design, computer science or similar work experience
• 8+ years demonstrated development experience with hands-on coding in advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• 4+ years experience with PHP
• Strong MySQL skills
• Proficiency with cross-browser / cross-platform issues and web standards
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Strong communication skills
Additional Skills
• Experience with PHP5 Object Oriented Programming
• Experience with Javascript frameworks, such as Prototype, Scriptaculous or JQuery.
• Flash application integregration into an HTTP backend
• Creating webservices (xml, soap, rest, json, amf)
• Scaling Web applications on multiple machines
• MySQL replication
• Profiling / Benchmarking a full LAMP stack
• Excels in ability to deal with people at all levels and build trust and confidence with management and employees
