Essential Job Functions:

Draft software Statements of Work and CDRLs as needed

Evaluate proposals from Prime Contractors in response to a new contract or a contract modification via review of submitted Basis Of Estimates (BOE)

Participate in program reviews to include System Requirement Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, Operational Test Readiness Reviews

Participate in software inspections of requirements documents, design documents, source code, and test cases

Review and provide comments on contractor software CDRL documents for technical completeness, quality, and accuracy

Track and report on prime contractors software development and test progress against program schedules

Support program and project risk management processes and procedures
