Talent Technology is currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to work with our new clients to integrate our applications with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and SAP. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for guiding the customer through a successful implementation of our products within the context of the customer's ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, or SAP.
What we are looking for
•Project management experience
•Experience working with software development/implementation projects
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Excellent problem solving skills, highly motivated and adaptable
•Proven relationship management skills
•Strong business process analysis skills
•Knowledge of recruiting systems and technologies an asset
•Web-based applications including web design and development methodologies
•Experience with .NET, SOAP, XML, HTTP, HTML
•Data structures and database design in one of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase or DB2
•Technical troubleshooting skills
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
•Certifications (ideal, not required): -Microsoft (MCAD, MCSD, etc.) -PMP
