The Professional Services Project Manager is a hands-on role responsible for planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment of customer-specific configurations of the Click Research and Healthcare solutions. The Project Manager will own multiple customer implementation projects.
Responsibilities Include:
Client account management; interface and expectation management, reporting, ongoing services assessment, coordination and delivery.
Project management; planning and scoping, budget and staff management, reporting, and issue management.
Solution configuration and implementation; design, configuration, test, and production support and coordination to ensure successful deployment of customer applications.
Experience:
PMI certification or equivalent experience.
5 years industry experience in implementation of business applications, business process automation or workflow, web-based or client-server or RDBMS related applications.
2 years experience in working directly with customers in analysis, development, and delivery.
Research administration experience (e.g., research compliance, grants and contracts, or clinical trials) a plus.
Packaged application consulting experience also a plus.
BSCS or similar degree and technical competency in hands-on application development including experience in web site or application configuration, programming (VB & JavaScript, C/C++, Java, ActiveX Windows), and database technologies.
