Assignment
This position is on the Messaging and Collaboration team (Incident Management) as level two support. Primary international support includes over 40 domestic and 20 international locations. Current environment consists of Exchange/Outlook 2003, Sharepoint 2003 and BlackBerry Enterprise servers along with other services: paging, directory services, pc faxing, project server, instant messaging, video conferencing, pc conferencing, OWA and spam filtering.

Primary Responsibilities
• Second level support of all Messaging and Collaboration services
• Two to five years experience supporting a large-scale enterprise electronic mail environment
• Strong technical understanding of Exchange/Outlook and Sharepoint along with supporting services

• Ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation of procedures for customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Technical Skills
• Email Client/Server Support - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
• Two years experience supporting electronic mail applications and architecture. Ability to troubleshoot, consult and configure on: Electronic mail client software, Routing Site Servers, Message Transfer Agent (MTA) Queues, Directory Synchronization.
• Analyst-Business Application Support - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
• Two years experience in the role of a customer service and support agent.
• Operations-Technical Support - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
• Technical understanding of Microsoft electronic mail architecture including: Blackberry Server support, Email archiving, Mailbox Manager, Corporate Paging and Faxing software, Windows SharePoint Services 2.0, LCS 2005, Project Server 2003.
• Email Client/Server Support - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 and Windows XP Workstation, outlook 2003 desktop environments.

Education
• Degree Preference: Degree preferred

Certification
• Certifications in Windows, Exchange preferred
