Program Manager -- Monetization - OtherInbox
OtherInbox is looking to hire a Program Manager to take responsibility for monetizing OtherInbox through advertising sponsorship, lead generation, and direct marketing. The Program Manager should be experienced with leading anti-spam techniques and be an innovator with ideas for new techniques. The Program Manager should be a detail-oriented project manager capable or managing internal and external resources, but at the same time should be a strong system administrator capable of configuring and integrating various system components.

• Selecting and managing internal and external resources
• Administration of relevant systems
• Planning product rollout and monitoring
• Project management
Qualifications
• 3+ years anti-spam experience
• Thorough understanding of Internet protocol
• Experience with leading anti-spam solutions such as Brightmail, IronPort, Spamhaus, others
• Experience with whitelisting and deliverability
• Participation in MAAWG, ESPC, IOTA, EEC, IETF
• Excellent project and process-flow management skills
• Effective and clear communication skills - both to internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers
• Successful start-up experience a plus
• Agile development experience a plus
