Job Description
We are seeking part time recruiter who can help bridge the growth being experienced by our company. We are looking for 2 years of successful staffing, recruiting or sales experience. The recruiter should be willing to work part-time hours in a fast-paced environment and be capable of quick turn-around on the assignment. If you are quick, personable and customer-focused, this supplemental income opportunity is for you.
Requirements
2 years customer service or sales experience
Exemplary customer service skills internal and external
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, to generate job leads
Recruiting, staffing experience a plus
Resume construction/writing experience a plus
Prior experience working in/with the IT industry a plus
Strong background in creating competitive analysis, search plans, generating names, and qualifying candidates.
