What you will be doing
As our client's Technical Service Specialist you would be responsible for providing second tier support to external clients, delivering professional service projects to external clients, delivering System Integration projects using HireDesk's API and building and maintaining internal departmental tools/systems. Your responsibilities would include:
• Provide second tier support for Talent Technology products (by phone and email)
• Deliver customer data processing services, including data import, data cleaning, data manipulation, duplicate-check & merge
• Deliver/and or provide support and guidance for system integration projects using HireDesk API's
• Tune up HireDesk database and modify feature sets
• Build automation and tools around existing applications and processes
What we are looking for

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related
• Strong proficiency with database systems
• Experience with at least one programming language, .NET preferred; VB or Java ok
• Experience in web scripting languages like asp, php, perl or C#. Knowledge and experience with http, XML and database access.
