IQ Resource Group is searching for a Wireless Network Support Engineer. This individual will provide expertise in implementation and support of Cisco Wireless Technologies. This includes: troubleshooting network connectivity issues for both wireless connectivity and wired LAN connectivity, implementation and management of autonomous and controller based wireless solutions, implementation and management of wireless security.
Wireless Support
· Design and implement wireless LAN services
· Design, manage and support wireless security in accordance with best practice and corporate policy.
· Provide support team/users updates in writing and via phone as to the status of open projects and tickets
Network Support
· Install, manage and support network switching equipment.
· Install, manage and support WAN infrastructure equipment.
· Manage various ticketing queues and update tickets and knowledge bases.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Experience in networking infrastructure and wireless LAN/WAN solutions
· Experience with Cisco switching and routing solutions.
· Good working knowledge of workstations, servers and office systems
· Excellent customer presentation skills
· Flexible in work schedule
