We are currently seeking a strong construction manager for a wireless site development project in Nashville TN area . This is an immediate opportunity. This is an opportunity to work for a major wireless carrier.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct bid walk, create meeting minutes, and send to coordinator.
- Conduct pre-construction walk, create meeting minutes, and send to coordinator.
- Conduct AE walk, create meeting minutes, and send to coordinator.
- Conduct Telco walk, create meeting minutes, and send to coordinator.
- Conduct construction site visits/inspections, create meeting minutes, and send to coordinator.
- Assist all disciplines of development team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams [RF, FOPs, OPE, MODs].
- Populate database will all pertinent dates [actual/projected].
- Monitor contractor adherence to construction schedule, drawings, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Facilitate punch-list completion.
- Schedule site inspection.
- Escalate un-resolvable issues to CM.
- Responsible for timely, accurate, and professional analysis of change orders.
- Facilitate project close-out.
- Review and approve construction drawings.
- Review and approve lease exhibits.
- Coordinate BOM pick-up with warehouse PM and contractor.
- Complete site specific vendor report card upon project completion.
