Initial Project Assignment / Responsibilities:
Candidate will assume responsibility for support of existing applications used by internal business partners. These systems reside on various platforms, utilizing multiple programming languages and data stores. Therefore, flexibility and a willingness to learn different technologies is a must. In this position, the individual will work in a process-oriented small team environment. They must be willing to handle rotational on-call responsibilities as necessary for the applications supported. In addition, good documentation skills for systems, projects, and problem resolution are necessary. Although the primary tasks for this position will relate to Production Support activities, they may include small enhancement projects. The individual will participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including analysis and design, development, testing, and implementation.
