This product development group supports existing and will be developing the next generation of Nurse Station Monitoring interface application. We are seeking a consultant familiar developing communications interfaces for wireless devices, VLan's, and switches and data base bi-directional messaging. The messaging enviroonment uses HL7 format but expereince in this technolgoy is not required.
Duties include:
Development of applications in Visual Studio C++ or C
Full Life Cycle Development in addition to reverse engineering skills
Familiar developing network gateways and messaging.
HL7 protocol knowledge is not required
Desired Skills - not required:
LINUX C or C++ is desired but not required
The LINUX interface will require some near real time alert development.
Highly developed debugging and unit testing skills, GDB
Exposure to Waterfall or Agile methodologies is plus.
Location: Andover, MA
Duration: 3 - 6 month contract position
Rate: $60-65/hr DOE
