MANDATORY Requirements:-
1. Completed four (4) years of Bachelor's degree.
2. Eight (8) years of experience in managing technology operations.
3. Eight (8) years of experience in Project Monitoring.
4. Eight (8) years of experience in IT environment requiring Quality Assurance.
5. Eight (8) years of experience in Project/Portfolio Management.
6. Six (6) years of experience in every phase of a project life-cycle in both delivery and lead roles.
7. Experienced in managing IT governance and gain visibility into IT projects.
8. Advanced understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
9. Skilled in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
DESIRABLE Experience:-
1. Knowledge of systems analysis and design and implementation in a database environment.
2. Knowledge of teleprocessing security and communications networks.
3. Knowledge of technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environment.
4. Skilled in communicating in critical situations, orally and in writing with business, education, and community leaders.
5. Skilled in managing personnel through subordinate professional, management, or supervisory staff.
6. Advanced skill in working with others in both authority and non-authority relationships on a routine basis.
7. Experienced working with NYC's HHS-Connect.
8. Experienced working with City government and processes.
