Deliverables Tasks
1) Incorporate budget information into the current headcount control query system:-
a) Import the current baseline budget information to provide a snapshot of the baseline budget layouts.
b) Analyze data from the FMS system and incorporate the FMS budget information into the query system in a snapshot fashion.
c) Design and implement the result from step 2.
d) Study the interface of the headcount query system and NYCAPS data.
e) Incorporate the NYCAPS data into the Headcount Control Query system.
2) Re-engineer and Re-design New Headcount Control System:- a) Re-engineer the current baseline system by reading the current source code and available documentation.
b) Analyze the results of the step (2a) to get a solution for improving the current baseline system and better interface between the headcount query system and baseline
c) Design the new integrated headcount control system.
d) Design the database for the new system.
e) Design the new system and program all modules.
The staff member should have over a year's experience in the following:
1) HTML, JavaScript, Ajax writing
2) MS SQL sever database design and complicated query writing
3) MS .net Framework 1.1 up ASP.net, C#.net, Visual Basic.net programming on XP
4) Sun Solaris Borne Shell or Korn Shell programming on Sun Solaris 8.0 up
5) Perl 5.0 programming on Sun Solaris 8.0 up and MS PC
6) Informix IDS 7.3 up isql, 4gl, and esqlc programming
7) C/C++ programming on Sun Solaris 8.0 up and Ms PC.
