1) FS Employment support:- a) Field 300 problem reports requested via phone per week.
b) Field 800 problem reports requested via e-mail per week.
c) Investigate and resolve or escalate 50 problem reports per day and create problem tickets in the agencies problem tracking system.
d) Enroll users in POS.
2) Community Based Organization support:- a) Field 300 problem reports requested via phone per week.
b) Field 800 problem reports requested via e-mail per week.
c) Investigate and resolve or escalate 50 problem reports per day and create problem tickets in the agencies problem tracking system.
d) Enroll users in POS.
3) Model Office support:- a) Field 300 problem reports requested via phone per week.
b) Field 800 problem reports requested via e-mail per week.
c) Investigate and resolve or escalate 50 problem reports per day and create problem tickets in the agencies problem tracking system..
4) Indexing support:- a) Field 300 problem reports requested via phone per week.
b) Field 800 problem reports requested via e-mail per week.
c) Investigate and resolve or escalate 50 problem reports. per day and create problem tickets in the agencies problem tracking system.
d) Remove improperly scanned documents from case folders and correct imaging problems with case folders.
5) ACCIS support:- a) Field 300 problem reports requested via phone per week.
b) Field 800 problem reports requested via e-mail per week.
c) Investigate and resolve or escalate 50 problem reports per day and create problem tickets in the agencies problem tracking system.
d) Remotely upgrade PCs with the latest version of ACCIS.
Four (4) years of planning, management, support and operation of a LAN environment.
