Candidates should posses the following minimum knowledge and skills:

Minimum Requirements:

8+ Years -Experience facilitating work sessions and gathering requirements.
8+ Years -Experience developing applications for telecommunications systems.
5+ Years -Experience managing telecommunications related IT projects, including Unified Contact Center Solutions and Interactive Voice Response System implementations.
Required-Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Computer Science or related Information Technology field of study
