As our Systems Engineer your mission will be to provide on-site or phone support to end users as well as help our sales team acquire new customers. A tier one candidate will have strong technical writing and presentation skills, experience with SalesForce.com, and have significant exposure to IP internet working, IP routing, DPI, and web aplication protocols. Your knowledge and hands-on experience in load balancing, set-up, configuration, and troubleshooting will give you the foundation for success in this role. Solid pre and post sales consultative support experience will serve you well as you provide the most effective solutions to customer support inquiries. This position will require an organized, but 'whatever-it-takes' mentality and the discipline to work independently.
