Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming for product delivery. Mentors junior teammates in development best practices. Contributes to the planning and design of a re-architecture effort to streamline the game development process. Design and implement new features in the critical areas of the codebase, such as the RNG and paytable module, or the accounting module. Troubleshoot difficult problems. Refactor old code modules to provide greater functionality, flexibility, and maintainability, without sacrificing backward capability.
B.S. Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
Four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in progress programming in Linux, Unix or Windows environments. Experience in multi-threaded software architecture to design, implement, and maintain gaming system components for a large scale international project. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design, 4 to 6 years experience in C++ programming, strong knowledge of the C++ Standard Template Library, threads programming, and XML.
